Hello my name is Lily and I’m the creator and artist behind Little Spakles. Prior to Little Spakles I spent over 30 years in the floral industry and I always thought that if I hadn’t been a florist, I’d be a cake decorator. For years, the only thing stopping me was how bad I am at baking. Fortunately, my love of fake food led me to develop techniques for everlasting cake decor meant to dazzle the eyes and not the pallet. Little Spakles is a combination of my love for vintage, kitsch, home decor, fun colors, fake food and whimsy. These creations are meant to incite joy, a sense of nostalgia and maybe a few cravings too.
